healthcare industry
Support new employees and help current staff build relevant care skills. DRM works with long-term care and other healthcare employers to discuss nurse aide, phlebotomy, clinical medical assistant, patient care technician and specialty-care training. Our Clinical Medical Assistant program includes 320 hours in a hybrid format. Tell us your workforce goals, learner numbers and target dates. We can explain available instruction, practical requirements and the separate steps for certification or testing. Employer and credential requirements vary by role.
construction industry
Build practical construction skills or prepare for Michigan residential builder prelicensure requirements. DRM offers Residential Builder Pre-Licensure and Construction Combo training in carpentry and drywall fundamentals. Ask about employee training, class schedules and the skills covered. Course completion does not grant a state license; Michigan determines eligibility and PSI administers the licensing exam.
