Payment Due Dates
All payments are due two weeks before the class starts. It is the student's responsibility to give a current address to DRM International Learning Center. All students are responsible for payment on the assigned due date if a student registers and does not receive a billing statement. If a student registers within the two-week deadline, payment is due at the time of registration.
Students who wish to drop DRM International Learning Center's courses may do so by a personal visit to the office. However, all requests for tuition REFUND must be made in writing no later than one week prior to the start of class in order for students to receive a refund. All money will be returned except the administrative fees. Students who start the training and choose to withdrawal for any reason must submit a written withdrawal request prior to the start of the second day of class. They will be issued a partial refund of 50% from DRM. After the start of the second day of class, no refund will be owed to any student. If an applicant is rejected for admission by the school before classes begin, all tuition minus administrative fees will be refunded to the applicant. After the third day of class, students who are recessed and/or suspended due to failing to meet the state required grading criteria (a 75% or above on each test/quiz/assignment) will not be awarded a refund. Our C.N.A and CNAPlusô courses both start on the same day, therefore the refund policy is the same. Delays may occur in processing if an enrollee has not provided the school with a current address.
Any refund may take up to 30 days to process.
